Practice will begin on March 23rd, 2010 and will be held on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:30pm – 8:00pm

 at the Upper Moreland High School Wrestling Room.

POST GRADS & EXTRA WORK WILL BE HELD FROM 8:00p TO 9:00p

It is not necessary to have your USA Card for practice but you will need it in order to compete

in any tournaments this season so please apply for one as soon as possible.

Practice Layout

Practice will consist of teaching, live wrestling and conditioning. This hour and a half practice will be very fast paced, so come to practice ready to work. We only have about three months until Freestyle/Greco Championships in June, so we must work as hard as possible to get to the level we need to be at.

What To Bring?

  Headgears are not necessary for freestyle wrestling but you are encouraged to bring one.  Wear appropriate clothing to be wrestling in; shorts, t-shirts, etc.  Try to avoid wearing loose clothing to practice.  Also, don't forget your wrestling shoes!
